What interests me the most about retails sales and operations in consumer brands is combining the importance of supply chain and merchandizing with the creative aspect of customer service and marketing. How do you stay organized when managing multiple contacts and follow-ups?
I stay organized by using a combination of digital tools and having a weekly routine. I use tools like Notion and google Calendar to map out my weekly to do list. I also make a daily to do list. It is important for me to balance the work which I am reliable for and my creative work.
