The three important aspects I consider when adopting a new social app into my daily screen time includes: whether or not the app lines up with my core beliefs, if the app itself is adding positivity and productivity to my life, and whether or not this app has a community in which other people like myself are collaborating.

When reviewing a product it is important to consider whether or not I am the target audience. I believe so many amazing products can openly exist and not be specifically made for myself or be something I need/want. That does not have to change the fact it is a very stable product!

I love learning about and sharing health/wellness trends and hacks! My favorite health/wellness trend is lymphatic facial massages in order to reduce inflammation and puffiness!
