What experience do you have managing Social Channels (Instagram & Linkedin)?

I've been managing Instagram accounts for over 4 years now. I've managed accounts for the motorsports industry as well as the beauty/fashion industry. Although I haven't managed anything other than my personal channel on Linkedin, I've taken many college courses where I've learned the ins and outs of LinkedIn and how to see success on that platform. I'm passionate about skincare and social media and would love the opportunity to work with your team!

How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and changes?

I am always consuming content and searching for the latest trends and changes. I truly think the best way to do this is to just spend time consuming content with a purpose in mind. I'm always thinking of how I could emulate something like that viral video, how a company is utilizing its audience to grow, or even how some of the simplest videos that come across my phone get so many likes and views. Another thing that I LOVE is podcasts! I listen to podcasts all the time while I'm driving or cooking, or doing some work around the house -- and I think podcasts are another great way to stay up with the trends and changes from others that are in the industry (and often successful).

Can you give an example of a successful organic social media campaign you've led?

This linked TikTok video shows a successful organic campaign that I launched last year to show our fans the behind-the-scenes content that goes on with the team. This aimed to boost engagement while also educating people who may be new to the sport (or not know much at all) -- and show them what it's like after the night of racing is over and how the team has to prepare for the upcoming week.
