Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
My relationship-building was truly tested during my experience at university. I was on the rowing team and part of the day-to-day was competing against one another to essentially get the best possible outcome on race day. We had something called seat racing, where you were switched in and out of boats numerous times to see if you could make the boat the best compared to a fellow teammate. With this came a set of four different people every switch that you had to trust would give you their all. I realized that during these races, you had to put 100% trust in the four other teammates. Creating good relationships built on that trust, cultivating it every day, and showing people you truly care is how you build those strong relationships. Through this, I was able to know that every new boat I got into, I trusted them and they trusted me based on all the strong relationships.

What types of creators do you typically like to follow?
I would say that I have three main categories of creators that I follow; aspirational, informational, and talent. I like to see people that are doing something currently that I aspire to do in the future. I then like to follow along with more informational people, whether that be advocating, political, or movements that I can align myself to. Lastly, I follow creators who create something that you can truly tell they are passionate about and show their raw talent for creating.

Have you had sales or account management experience?
I have experience in sales and account management through my time as an event coordinator. I managed around 30 accounts/groups simultaneously. these accounts would vary from group sizes of 5-150+ creating the need to personalize communication and offerings. This involved creating sales pitches, proposals, and meetings in person and over the phone, as well as setting up events and managing the day of the event.
