I would stay organized by keeping track of each creator's deadlines, deliverables, and communications all in one place. I also think that clear communication is essential so I would make sure each creator understand the brands goals and what is needed. I would also check in respectfully, answer quickly, and build good relationships with our partners.

I stay up to date with TikTok trends by scrolling through my For You Page, saving viral sounds, and paying attention to what videos popular creators are posting. I also tend to look at comments, hashtags, and popular audios to see what people are engaging with the most.
