Share a time you sold something successfully? (This could be in a part-time job, school, or personal life).
When I was creating a new way to understand my high schools news organization, I needed to sell the new way to run the organization. In order to sell this, I made a pro and cons list, simple right? No, I made sure that the pros are very simplified to the point where they could understand but I didn't shy away from the cons of doing the rework. This list included ways to change editing styles and ways to encourage writers. I ended up selling the way they now run the newspaper for my high school because of the pro and cons list.
