Yes - I'm the oldest grandchild on both sides, so I frequently see my cousins, who range from ages 1-9

What would your first priority be for improving our social presence if you were to take on this role?
Firstly, I love your theme, particularly the pinned posts. I would try to make the rest of the account as minimalistic and clean looking as them. I would also establish a colour scheme in the story highlights, to tie together the look of the account. It may also help to start a theme that lasts for a few months, one in which you can involve your customers, with giveaways or some sort of offer - as a lifestyle directory, you can start a competition that involves them and has a reward, but also pushes your content out there to the Instagram explore page!
