How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
In order to encourage and ensure task completion on time, I would set clear expectations from the beginning, outlining what tasks need to be completed, the deadlines, and make sure everyone involved understands their responsibilities. I would also provide resources and support, address any delays promptly, use task management tools, acknowledge and reward progress, and most importantly, lead by example.

When adopting a new social app into my daily screen time, I make sure it aligns with my needs, preferences, and overall well-being. I also make sure the app has credibility, is user friendly, and has a good community involved. Furthermore, I ensure that it is not overly ad-driven, which can often lead to a less enjoyable experience for me.
