I once helped set up to throw a surprise birthday party for a coworker and in this experience I learned it really is the thought that counts because we got some of her favorite items and the surprise was well welcomed.

By being as welcoming as possible and encouraging them to check out what we have to offer! Give them time to try the product to not hover and give the best experience possible!
