In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?
When faced with multiple urgent tasks, I start by quickly assessing deadlines and impact — identifying what needs immediate attention versus what can wait a bit. I break down each task into smaller steps and estimate how long each will take. For example, updating financial models might be time-sensitive and detail-heavy, while scheduling with partners could be more straightforward but dependent on their availability

Tell us about a time when maintaining accurate data was crucial to your role. How did you ensure the data stayed clean, up to date, and aligned across systems or teams?
In a past project, maintaining accurate data was essential for tracking expenses and deadlines. I ensured data quality by using drop-down menus, data validation, and daily checks for errors. I also set clear update routines with the team to keep everything aligned and consistent. This experience taught me how crucial clean, up-to-date data is for smooth operations.

Walk us through a time when you built or managed a complex spreadsheet system to track operational or financial data.
I have intermediate experience managing spreadsheets for tracking operations and finances. In a past project, I built a multi-tab system using formulas like SUMIFS and data validation to monitor expenses and progress. While I'm still growing, I'm a fast learner, detail-oriented, and a hard worker. I see this role as a great opportunity to apply what I know and keep leveling up.
