Do you experience cold sores? If yes, please briefly share how they impact your daily life. 

Yes, I do get occasional cold sores. They cause me little trouble at all, but I handle them nicely. I put a high priority on hygiene to stop outbreaks and to be prepared for flare-ups.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

To me, wellness refers to the state of being healthy in body, mind, and spirit. It encompasses the idea that all aspects of an individual's life are interconnected and in balance. A person who is well has a sense of physical well-being, is emotionally and mentally stable, and is able to find meaning and purpose in life. Wellness is a holistic concept that includes taking care of one's physical health through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and getting enough sleep. It also involves managing stress through techniques such as meditation, mindfulness and yoga, and engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment, such as hobbies or volunteering. Additionally, It also is about developing a good self-care routine, and having good relationships with people you care about, good sense of self-worth, and a positive outlook in life. Wellness is something that is unique to each individual, and what works for one person may not work for another. But overall it is about feeling good, being in a good place and having a good balance in your life. Here are some ways i intergrate wellness into my life: I prioritize selfcare, I getting into some form of active gym activity Planning my life and reflecting on my progress.
