🎥 Hiring Relatable UGC Creators (Party / Mom / Celebration Content)

We’re looking for long-term creator partners. What helps you do your best work in an ongoing collaboration?
I do my best work when there’s open communication, mutual trust, and space to be creative. I love when a brand shares their vision and goals but also lets me bring my own style and ideas to the content — that’s when the magic happens. Consistent feedback is huge for me too; I take direction really well and enjoy improving with each round. When a partnership feels collaborative instead of transactional, it’s easy to stay inspired and create videos that actually connect with people. I value long-term relationships where I can grow with the brand, understand their audience, and keep making content that performs and feels genuine.

Share a past UGC or TikTok/Reel you created that performed well. Why do you think it worked?

One of my favorite videos I’ve made was reviewing new Hop Wtr flavors. That video performed really well because my energy came through naturally — I was genuinely having fun trying each flavor and reacting in real time. I kept it conversational, laughed at myself a little, and treated it like I was FaceTiming a friend instead of filming an ad. The mix of honest reactions, playful energy, and upbeat pacing made it feel super relatable and fun to watch. People connected with it because it didn’t feel forced — it was just real, high-energy content with personality.

What’s your process for creating a video that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds?
I always start by thinking about what emotion or reaction I want from the viewer — surprise, curiosity, or “that’s so me” relatability. Then I craft a hook that delivers it right away. For example, I’ll open with a bold statement (“You’re doing your party décor wrong…”), a quick visual moment (like confetti popping or unboxing a personalized gift), or a mini-story setup that makes people want to see what happens next. Before filming, I write out 2–3 hook options, test the delivery in front of the camera, and choose whichever feels the most natural and scroll-stopping. I make sure the first frame is visually interesting — movement, facial expression, or a product close-up — and that audio starts strong. Once the hook lands, I transition smoothly into storytelling or showing the product in action so the energy never drops.
