How do you plan to maintain a consistent brand voice while engaging with followers on social media?
I’d keep the brand voice consistent by first locking in a clear tone that fits the brand—whether it’s chill, bold, or professional. I’d stick to that in every post and reply, plan content ahead, and always check that what I’m saying soundslike the brand. Even when engaging with followers, I’d keep the vibe on-brand, natural, and genuine. I want to ensure that each replies build a connection and widen our social reputation.
