Do you have any experience in negotiation? If not, how would you negotiate down a creator's fee?
If a creator gives me a rate that’s higher than my budget, I’d start by expressing my excitement about working with them and the value I see in their content. Then, I’d be upfront about my budget and ask if they’d be open to adjusting their rate or exploring a package deal for multiple posts at a lower per-post cost. I might also offer alternative incentives, like performance-based bonuses (extra pay if the content hits a certain level of engagement) or future collaborations, to make the deal more appealing while keeping costs manageable.

What do you look for in a creator who has potential for viral content but isn't yet widely discovered?
I’d look for a creator with high engagement relative to their follower count, a unique or relatable personality, and a content style that’s either highly entertaining, informative, or emotionally compelling. Consistency, strong storytelling, and an understanding of trends (while adding their own twist) are key signs they have viral potential.

If I gave you $2000 to create viral content, how would decide which creators to collab with? (the more detail the better)
I’d research creators in the beauty and lifestyle niche with high engagement rates (not just follower count) and an audience that aligns with your brand. I’d prioritize micro-influencers (10K-100K followers) for affordability and authenticity while ensuring they have a track record of creating viral or highly engaging content.
