I used the firefighter method trend for both Barstool and Rev’d Fitness. For Barstool, I used the merch we produced so it fit the trend but also promoted our product, and the text overlay said “firefighter method, so I’m always ready for game day,” which made it fun and relatable for students. For Rev’d, I used the same trend but filmed it with my cycling shoes and workout outfit, and the text said “firefighter method in case anyone asks me to go to a spin class.” I love this example because it shows how I can take one trend and make it work for completely different audiences while keeping the content fun, current, and true to each brand’s tone. I also did the go where the wind takes me trend for both accounts. For Barstool it was towards a campus favorite, El Ps, and for Rev’d it was heading into the studio.

How do you stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and apply them to content creation?

I stay updated with TikTok trends by being really active on the platform. My scrolling is basically research because I’m always interacting with the community and engaging with different types of content. I actually keep a spreadsheet of trends I see, the sounds that are taking off, and ideas for how they can apply to different industries. What’s really fun for me is finding ways to take one trend and shape it to fit different audiences. For example, I could take the “go where the wind takes me” trend and use it for student life with Barstool, for fitness with Rev’d, or for healthy food and routines at the acai bowl place. The same goes for the “firefighter method” trend, I adjust the message or visuals so it connects to each brand while staying true to what’s trending.

What excites you about BUNKY and why do you think you’re a fit for our brand voice?

What excites me most about BUNKY is that it makes healthy snacking fun and realistic. I work in social media and fitness, so I’m always looking for a high-protein, light snack that actually fits into my day. BUNKY feels like something I’d genuinely reach for. I think I’m a great fit for the brand voice because I already live that lifestyle. I know how to create content that’s real, upbeat, and community-driven, and I love making wellness feel exciting and approachable.
