I stay updated on Instagram and TikTok trends by actively using both platforms daily and paying close attention to what’s performing well across different creators and brands. I regularly explore TikTok’s For You Page and Instagram Reels to spot trending sounds, formats, and visual styles early, and I save trends that feel adaptable to different brand voices. I also follow influencer marketing accounts, social media trend pages, and brands I admire to understand how trends are evolving and how they’re being used strategically. Staying curious and consistently consuming content allows me to recognize patterns and apply trends in a way that still feels authentic to the brand.
