Interview Questions

Beyond Meat

USC Campus Team

Beyond Meat Profile Image

What is one recommendation you'd make for Beyond to make a big splash on campus?

Integrate the products into the menus in campus dining halls. When it’s integrated as an option in the menus, it’s on the same field as animal meat. Then, people are more likely to try it without it being seen as a substitute for the real thing.

How do you shop sustainably today?

I started at goodwill, but since I have become very fond of sites like depop and poshmark. I enjoy depop because of how easy the app is to use and their customer service.

If had a magic wand and could Margin in one store anywhere in the world that would most benefit the brand where would you put it?

I think Skims cosmetics is a terrible design. The minimalist packaging seems dated, riding off of glossier’s success with their minimalist packaging. I understand that the limited color palette connects to kim’s other brands, but as a cosmetic line in itself, it’s unremarkable. Also, the refillable packaging is just blatant greenwashing, the original packaging is just an unnecessary use of plastic to improve her pictures and brand advertising.
