What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
It usually depends on the people I’m surrounded with and what our goals are. Usually I find myself initially leading, this with the aim of first trying to familiarize myself with the individuals in the group and second, assigning responsibilities in which I believe they have both a possibility at excelling, or would be motivated to learn about.
