Nutrition and fitness play a big role in my daily life, especially as a busy college student balancing leadership roles, content creation, and academics. Staying active and eating well helps me maintain energy, confidence, and focus throughout the day. I’m involved in multiple campus organizations, including serving as PR Coordinator for my sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon, and being active in UGA Miracle, Rotaract of UGA, and HerCampus UGA, so prioritizing wellness is important for keeping up with my schedule. I also work with wellness and lifestyle brands and genuinely enjoy incorporating products that make healthy habits more convenient and enjoyable.

I’m currently a first-year student at the University of Georgia.

On campus, I’m actively involved as the PR Coordinator for my sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon (Psi Chapter), where I manage branding, social media, and event promotion. I’m also involved in organizations like UGA Miracle, Rotaract of UGA, HerCampus UGA as an ambassador, and the LISTo Mentorship Program, which keeps me highly connected to different student communities. Off campus, I run my own small business, Brilla by Luz, where I handle branding, marketing, and social media content creation. I’ve also worked as a brand ambassador for companies like LaCroix, Olive & June, and Bubble, giving me experience promoting products both online and in real-life settings while balancing multiple commitments.
