Right off the bat showing what we offer to the consumer. Oftentimes companies take too long to talk about the value of their app from a consumer standpoint, and that is when then lose their retention.

What strategies would you use to grow Extra's social media presence on TikTok? How would you measure success?
I would analyze a couple of strategies used by other companies and see what brings in conversion. Then, I would brainstorm ways that Extra could utilize this idea and add our own twist to it. I would measure success not only from the virality of the videos but the amount of user conversion it brings to the app!
