What steps do you take to ensure thorough testing of new features?
I make sure the feature does what its supposed to do. I also stress test it under weird conditions to see how it fairs up.

How do you approach identifying and reporting bugs during testing?
first i check if it is actually a bug because it might just be a feature that doesn't sit right with me. and then second when I'm about report it i take screenshots and try to be specific since I'm a developer myself i usually like it when people are specific.
