Can you describe a successful event you organized in a college setting?
One event I successfully organized was a philanthropic sale of baked goods, benefitting my sorority's philanthropy, domestic violence awareness. My sorority sisters came together to sell cookies and share why our philanthropy is so important to us.

How would you approach building rapport with sorority members?
I would emphasize the importance of reliability and loyalty. In order to build harmonious relationships within a large group of women, you have to prove that you will always be there for them, no matter what. Additionally, staying true to yourself shows that others can also be comfortable in their own skin, no matter what.
