What is your approach to engaging creators through direct messages?
My approach is all about being authentic. People feel connected to authentic brands, which makes a brand feel more trustworthy and human-to-human. So, direct messaging a creator will be professional but also show the personality of the company. Having a company message based on authenticity will gravitate towards engaging creators. The people want to buy from brands that they know are going to connect to the people's voice.
