What social media platform are you most comfortable with and why?
I’m most comfortable with Instagram because it’s such a versatile platform that allows me to combine visuals, storytelling, and community engagement in one place. Between Reels, Stories, and static posts, there are so many ways to creatively showcase a brand while also interacting directly with followers in real time. I enjoy using trends and aesthetics to make content visually appealing, but I also value how Instagram fosters authentic connections through comments, DMs, and interactive features like polls or Q&As. I’ve spent the most time creating on Instagram, so I have a good sense of what performs well and how to adapt content to drive both reach and engagement.

How do you create content that drives engagement?
I create content that drives engagement by focusing on authenticity, relatability, and trends that resonate with the audience. My approach starts with a strong hook — whether that’s a question, a bold statement, or a trending sound — to immediately capture attention. From there, I make sure each piece of content provides value, whether it’s entertainment, inspiration, or education, while weaving in the brand naturally so it feels seamless, not forced. I also pay close attention to visuals and pacing, since eye-catching edits and concise storytelling keep people watching until the end. Finally, I always encourage interaction by adding clear calls-to-action (like polls, comment prompts, or shareable moments) and engaging back with followers in the comments to build a sense of community around the content.

Can you provide an example of a successful content project you've worked on in the past?
One of my most successful content projects was an Instagram mental health campaign I led for Our Era Magazine. I developed a weeklong series of posts and Reels focused on destigmatizing conversations around anxiety and self-care, combining personal stories with actionable resources and visually engaging graphics. To keep it relatable and attention-grabbing, I leaned into trending audio, simple storytelling formats, and community-driven prompts that encouraged followers to share their own experiences. The campaign not only doubled our usual engagement that week but also sparked meaningful dialogue in the comments and DMs, showing how intentional content can both perform well and make a positive impact.
