How do you keep social media content authentic and appealing?

I keep content authentic by staying true to the brand’s voice while still sounding human and relatable. I focus on real experiences, honest messaging, and content that feels natural instead of overly scripted. Using real people, real moments, and storytelling helps the audience connect. I also pay attention to feedback and engagement to see what resonates, then adjust while keeping the content creative, consistent, and visually appealing.

What strategies would you use to engage your campus community on social media?

I would focus on creating content that feels relatable, interactive, and student-driven. That means using trends, short videos, and storytelling that reflect real campus life. I’d engage students through polls, Q&As, challenges, and reposting student content so they feel seen and involved. Consistency is key, but so is authenticity, I’d keep the tone fun and inclusive while highlighting events, student voices, and moments that make campus feel like a community, not just an announcement page.

What kind of feedback is most helpful to improve a product?

The most helpful feedback is specific, honest, and user-focused. I find feedback that explains what works, what doesn’t, and why it feels that way is the most valuable. Clear suggestions for improvement, real use-case experiences, and pain points from actual users help a product team understand what to fix or enhance. Constructive feedback, especially when it includes examples, makes it easier to turn insights into real improvements.
