As a co-owner of a start-up franchise (Yonutz), I regularly engage with customers to ensure a positive experience. I have also managed day-to-day operations, and worked on growing sales through both direct interaction and strategic initiatives. I work as the events head on campus for different organizations to create promotions, which required strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
