What specific aspects of a drink's taste do you consider when evaluating a new beverage?
I consider aspects like the flavor and the dominance of them, if they are sweet or sour or something else. It's also very important if the flavors in a drink compliment each other and how intense the taste is. The taste should be fresh and also authentic, so that you get the taste that is being shown on the bottle.
