If had a magic wand and could Margin in one store anywhere in the world that would most benefit the brand where would you put it?
The store I would choose would be a small/traditional business. In order to level up the quality of the products and the experience but without making it elitist. Improving the image and quality of tradicional stores but keeping them as common ones.
