what are your favorite editing apps to use for your content to help you save time while making great reels?
Some of my go-to editing apps for creating reels are CapCut, InShot, and Canva. CapCut is my favorite for quick, trendy edits — I love how it has templates, text animations, and built-in transitions that make videos look polished without taking hours. InShot is perfect for resizing, trimming, and adding clean text overlays, and I use it a lot when I want a fast, clean look for Instagram.

How do you stay updated with social media trends and apply them to your content creation strategy?
When I spot a trend, I don’t just copy it — I ask myself, ‘How can I make this fit the brand I’m working with?’ Whether it’s jumping on a trending sound, editing style, or meme format, I always add a creative twist to make it feel authentic. For example, when promoting Ecuador en la Calle 8, I used trending Latin music and quick-cut visuals to match the energy of the event, while staying true to the cultural vibe.

Can you share your experience in creating engaging social media content for businesses?
I’ve worked with several businesses and events to create engaging social media content that not only looks great but also drives interaction and brand awareness. For example, I developed content strategies and reels for the Ecuador en la Calle 8 festival, where I promoted the event through teaser videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and real-time coverage. I used Canva, CapCut, and my skills in storytelling to highlight key moments while maintaining a strong brand aesthetic.
