Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
In high school, I played a substantial role in my school's Unified Sports Club. The mental disabilities of the members ranged widely in comprehension, and I became very accustomed to trying many different techniques to explain certain rules or games. I found, that with all people, it is important to explain things clearly and slowly. With customer, I would happily go over techniques to better help their understanding of a product, and with certainty, make sure the customer did not feel intimidated by the struggles they faced.
