I will never give up a pen and paper. Digital will always be superior, and it is how I will be getting information, but that doesn't mean it's how I'm going to process it. Most likely, I'll be writing down notes and statistics in a notebook next to my keyboard.

Directly and as soon as possible. I would draft an email first to their work address, run it by someone above me, and once I have their approval, I would send it to the artist or influencer. Eventually, that step would be skipped once I'm trusted to write my own outreach emails.
