I would generate interest for Blok among my peers through conversations and connections. Being a college student means that majority of our lives are digital, whether that is for social fun, school, work, or really anything that occupies our lives. It is all digital meaning everyone can benefit from Blok and I would bring this to their attention. There are many spaces I am in where screens are rapidly taking over and my peers have mixed emotions towards this, Blok is the perfect thing that I know many of the groups I am a part of (sorority, ski team, and snow club) would benefit greatly from. As well as people in my classes and those studying in the library that I know would be thrilled to have access to something as revolutionary as Blok.

Digital wellness is a necessity in this world, especially in the modern reality we live in that is experiencing technological advancements at such a rapid pace that makes it a struggle for humans to not only adapt, but also realize the ways we are changing and adapting because of the new technology in front of us. There is a difference between our physical reality and our digital reality however now lines are quickly getting blurred which is very harmful to the way we connect, communicate, live, and experience life. This along with many other reasons I could write an essay about is why digital wellness is important.

I am very comfortable following detailed conversation instructions on a call. This is because of acting experience I have, as well as my ability to pay attention to detail. I am a very talkative extroverted person who also has a lot of empathy , when it comes to conversations and emotions these are two things I am very skilled with and have a lot of experience with.
