If I encountered a customer with complex questions about their curly hair needs at Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty, I would first be sure to greet them warmly and make them feel comfortable. I would actively listen to their concerns, ask them relevant questions to better understand their specific hair challenges and what they are looking for. With my knowledge of As I Am products, I would provide personalized recommendations for their hair type and concerns. I would make sure to talk about the benefits and features of the suggested products, explaining how they can effectively address their curly hair needs. Lastly, I would offer a personal anecdote and additional hair care tips and techniques to empower the customer to achieve the best results with the products and leave a positive impression of the brand.
