What makes you a critical thinker?
I tend to be very self critical, I´m not easily pleased with my work. I need to back off and later look at it again to correct it. But work can always be improved, so, sometimes is necessary to move on.

What in your opinion makes a successful event?
A successful event is one that is remembered by the people that went and the people that didn´t. It needs to make people sorry for not going. Therefore, any event needs to be original in one way.
