What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness is a combination of how you treat yourself internally, and what you take in from your environment. Giving everything a positive purpose when encountered creates a great impact on how your body will react through its health. Wellness is putting your mind and your body first in all situations to filter the oncomings of everyday life. In my life, I censor the reactions to stimuli that I experience i.e., evaluate negative thoughts, separate wants from needs, and create different tactics to de-stress in situations.
