Can you provide an example of a successful case study you've created in the past?
While I haven’t had the opportunity to create a formal case study, I have developed skills that would enable me to excel in doing so. My experience in customer service and administrative roles has honed my ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and communicate them effectively. For instance, I’m skilled at understanding client needs, organizing information, and presenting it in a clear and structured manner - qualities that are essential for creating compelling case studies.

How do you approach researching and selecting blog topics that resonate with a target audience?
To ensure blog topics resonate with the target audience, I take a structured approach. First, I research the audience demographics, preferences, and pain points using tools like surveys, analytics, and feedback from customer interactions. For example, during my time as an event hostess with Meridiana Azafatas, I observed the kinds of information attendees frequently sought during events and applied those insights to anticipate audience needs.
Next, I analyze trends through platforms like Google Trends or social media to identify current interests. I also study competitor blogs to spot gaps or opportunities for unique content. Finally, I focus on creating content that adds value - whether it’s offering practical tips, solving a problem, or sharing inspiring experiences. This combination of audience understanding, trend analysis, and delivering value helps me craft topics that truly connect.

Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
During my time as a receptionist at Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa, I worked closely with a diverse range of guests, many of whom were visiting from different parts of the world. One instance that stands out is when I assisted a family who had experienced travel delays and arrived at the hotel feeling frustrated and tired. I not only ensured their check-in process was smooth but also went the extra mile by arranging a dinner reservation for them and coordinating an activity for the next day based on their interests. By listening to their needs and providing personalized support, I was able to turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. They expressed their gratitude, left a glowing review mentioning me by name, and stayed in touch with the hotel for future bookings. This experience reinforced the importance of empathy, communication, and proactive service in building lasting relationships.
