After participating in ambassador programs and interacting with influencers while managing them, I know that communication and organization is key.
The best way to keep in contact and to manage tasks is to have a routine and carving out time to do so. I would assign outreach for certain days to maintain a routine.
Something I find helpful is receiving a run down of everything that's going on in the beginning of the week; deadlines, to do lists company update something personal and some motivation. I would generate a message at the beginning of each week to keep everyone in the know!

Worked as the Digital Curator for FIT's student-run newspaper and served as a social media consultant for over 15 clubs and organizations at FIT. Consulting on posts, creating templates and generating copy.
