any specialty coffee interests?
Yes! My dad recently got a new coffee machine, and it’s been really fun for us to experiment with different brews and methods together. I also just got him an Atlas Coffee subscription, so we’ve been trying beans from different regions and learning how flavor notes change with each brew. It’s made specialty coffee a shared experience for us and something I genuinely enjoy exploring.
