In the era of short-form content, you dont need to have an existing follower base to reach millions. Especially on TikTok, all it takes is one trendy video to pick up thousands to millions of impressions.

I'd take note of other videos I see promoting smartphone applications, and identify the common themes to those that go viral. I'd also try to fit Notable into the type of videos I see going viral regularly: The street interview style videos, day in the life videos, sketch comedy, etc.
