I think especially with a casual and funny app like Tik Tok, a way to engage women and girls is by talking about problems they can relate to, and get them interested. For example, I know many of my friends have been struggling to find jobs or understanding how certain industries work, and I think by making educational videos that are in easy to understand terms and presented in a fun, organized, and graphically pleasing manner people will be very interested.

I went to an all girls school for a lot of my life, which I am very grateful for because it showed me the importance of supporting women in the business world and skills to help me become a successful woman in the work force. I have also worked a previous marketing gig with NBC Peacock where I learned marketing research tactics and how to apply those to a feasible plan. Also, as the VP of internal affairs for my sorority, I have managed to plan numerous successful events for our chapter of nearly 200 girls in addition to guests.

People on the internet LOVE dermatology videos so I would definitely draw the audience in with that. I also think people love to hear about products that can solve common skin problems, especially with recommendations from doctors, so I would use that to segue into why one should get a dermatology assessment.
