My favorite new social app is called "BeReal". It is my favorite way to see what my friends are doing throughout the day. Since the whole branding of the app is to be real, it takes a picture with both the front and back camera at a certain time each day. Since I have struggled with the perfection that social media apps perpetuate, it is fun to just be real and fun on this app with my friends!

I meal that I recently loved I had from "The Table" inside a Crate and Barrel. The meal was vegetable cavatelli paired with publican quality sourdough. The reason I loved it so much was not only the freshness and combination of flavors but also because of the simplicity of ingredients that could allow me to make it at home.

At the start of Covid-19 isolation I decided to eat a completely vegan diet! It was was the hardest around holidays when food was the main focus (i.e., thanksgiving). What made it easier was having non-meat substitutes for products my family was eating. For example, gardien turkey roast for thanksgiving, impossible burgers and beyond brats for the 4th of July! Beverages, I tend to find easier to have during the holiday season!
