What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means to be that I have to try my hardest to live a healthy life. To maintain a routine and follow through with heath goals. I integrate wellness into my life by setting goals for myself to follow through on. I try to stay in the routine of completing the goal and possibly maintain this goal in my life for a long while.

My favorite streaming platform is HBO Max because they have great series. The platform always has something to watch along with them adding new content constantly.
