A customer is unhappy with their experience of using our product, what do you do?
I would first ask them what they didn’t like about the product and see if there’s any way I could make it better for them. If they still are not satisfied, I would direct them to customer service or HR to better help them. I would take note of this interaction so I could use what I learned for future situations.
