In high school, I've participated in the student council as the PR manager, and was responsible for the social media of the school. During the time, I have transformed the social media strategy to a much more interactive one due to the high requests of that. So after I have changed that, the student council would receive suggestions from the rest of the student body through the social media rather than in person, which would usually be much more efficient for both, and followed the preference of the student body themselves

When analysing feedback I look for any reoccurring comments or something that was signified or mentioned more and with higher enthusiasm by the user. That way I can find out the general trends of the research, but also focus on what's truly important rather than smaller and less significant remarks, which could be dealt with second. Having a bit of an insight into the users' personalities makes a great difference since it could also help the analyser understand the importance of one remark more than the other.

While working in the customer service, I've established a lot of close relationships with my customers, with the help of my international approach, which came in handy in the languages I know since I worked in a touristic place. The customers I've had became regulars in the places I worked at, and kept going there even after I finished my time working in the places due to the warm treatment they got from me, and a good advertising, strengthened by the quality of services and products, accoplished by me.
