do you feel comfortable applying our makeup patches on customers?

Yes, I do feel comfortable applying your makeup patches on customers. I’ve seen a lot of TikToks showing how they're applied, which has helped me understand the technique and customer expectations. I’ve also tried a few on myself, so I’m familiar with how they feel, how they should be placed, and the kind of results people are looking for.I’m confident in my ability to make customers feel at ease during the process and ensure the application is clean, gentle, and professional. I’m also very coachable, so I’d be excited to learn any specific techniques or brand standards you use to give customers the best experience possible.

Do you have in person customer service experience?

Yes, I have strong in-person customer service experience across several roles. Most recently, I worked at the front desk of a park district recreation center, where I was the first point of contact for guests. I handled everything from answering questions and assisting with class registrations to managing scheduling conflicts and ensuring visitors felt welcomed and informed. That role taught me how to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds. In addition, I managed social media for the women’s basketball team at Roosevelt University, which included in-person engagement during games and events. I often assisted fans and coordinated with staff and athletes to make sure everything ran smoothly, which required a lot of real-time problem-solving and professionalism.I also interned at SkyArt, a nonprofit community arts organization, where I supported staff and greeted families during programming. That environment was very people-centered and further sharpened my customer service and interpersonal skills.Altogether, these experiences have made me comfortable working face-to-face with the public, handling a variety of needs with patience and efficiency, and always representing the organization in a positive light.
