Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
I recorded a detail QA report for cybersecurity. My research group coded a program, and it was my job to attempt to break through and record all the holes I found in the code.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
In order to identify bugs, I try to break the digital products. This exposes where the weakness are, allowing us to spot the area of improvement. I document them by recording each scenario that led to a bug in a separate file (such as google docs).
