What's a strategy you'd suggest in order to spark curiosity and excitement ahead of a re-launch?
I would involve the target audience and release hints on various days before a relaunch. The suspense would draw the viewers to come back to our page and wait for the release of the product.

A brand that is constantly on my mind is Were Not Really Strangers. I feel that this brand is extremely involved through social as their content makes you think. They also send out messages through a hotline connected to your phone number. This involved the community even more as it is highly personalized and thought provoking

If a customer left a negative review of our products on our socials, how would you respond/ handle the issue?
I would politely ask the customer the reason for the negative review. If it was something that was manageable and happened during transit or creation, I would offer a replacement product or a refund. If it was something about the scent, I would ask more questions about the comment. I feel that the best way to approach this situation would be to act calm and have a conversation.
