You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I would give a review highlighting the things I did enjoy with the gummy before bringing up the things I disliked. Criticisms are used to help make the product better or to give insight on if the product works for the user. Once i had something written I could contact whomever I was working with, likely in customer service and let them review my writing before it was published so they could have a chance to correct what was wrong.
