Influencer Coordinator

Why do you want to be an influencer coordinator?
I want to become an influencer coordinator because it allows me to connect with creators who are passionate about building community and genuinely sharing products with their audiences. I enjoy collaborating with influencers to help shape campaigns and brainstorm creative content ideas, and I find it rewarding to bring those partnerships to life in a way that feels authentic and impactful for both the brand and the creator.

Describe your experience coordinating with influencers.
This past summer, I worked as a communications intern at the CPG company JonnyPops, where part of my role was identifying influencers who aligned with the brand’s bubbly, family-oriented vibe. I researched and sourced both large-scale creators (including influencers with up to 1M followers) and UGC creators, and I directly contacted them via email to collect rates and partnership details. This experience helped me develop a strong understanding of influencer alignment, outreach, and relationship building within the food space.

How would you find influencers that align with the Flings brand?
I would go on social platforms like TikTok and Instagram to find food influencers who align with Flings’ branding and are highly influential within the food space. I’d look for creators whose content feels authentic, visually cohesive, and community-driven, ensuring their audience and style naturally fit Flings’.
