What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
In group situations, I tend to play the leader. Most of my peers look towards me as an authority figure and someone who knows what to do in any situation, so I automatically adopt this role. I end up being a very good strategist who can figure out the nuances of a group and help people succeed.
